Doesn't matter.. we invented the country that invented the car.

So last night president Obama claimed it was the USA who invented the car:

"..the nation that invented the automobile cannot walk away from it..."

That's fine with us.. 
After all, it was us Europeans who invented the USA in the first place.

    Did the US really invent the Automobile? I'm sure there are a few Germans by the name of Daimler and Maybach that might request a fact check.

    Questioning Obama is politically incorrect here in the US. We're still allowed to "Question Authority", but only if it's a Republican. :-)
