CFCdoc: small update report

Current status of CFCDoc's (commandline version) development:  Both configuration and parsing of CFC's are now in place. Next is exporting to static HTML.

If you  are interested in doing some beta testing for this new version just send me an email.(note: it will take another few weeks before a first  test version is available)

    Unfortunately I have had very little time and development came to a complete stop. It is however still my intention to finish this but at the moment I cannot possibly say when.
